ABOUT LIBERTY HOUSE CLINIC
Welcome to Liberty House Clinic
Since 2016, we have helped hundreds of people and families find a way through addiction. Here is what we are about.
Who We Are
Liberty House Clinic opened in 2016 with a single conviction: that private rehabilitation should combine rigorous clinical care with the warmth and dignity that every person in recovery deserves. We are a 20-bed residential clinic based in a quiet street in Luton, Bedfordshire, and part of the UKAT group, one of the UK's most experienced addiction treatment providers.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission, recognised by BUPA and AXA, and rated 4.5 stars on Doctify by verified patients and families.
Read moreHow We Help
We treat addiction as the illness that it is, not a failure of character or willpower. That means medically supervised detox, individually designed therapy, and a clinical team that stays with you from your first phone call through to your first aftercare session.
Our programmes combine the approaches the research consistently shows to work: CBT, DBT, 12-Step facilitation, trauma-informed care and holistic therapies.

CLINICAL CARE & THERAPIES
Evidence-based treatment, delivered with warmth
Every programme blends medical care, structured psychotherapy and holistic recovery work.
At Liberty House, clinical excellence and genuine compassion are not competing forces; they are the same thing. Every therapy we offer is chosen because the evidence demonstrates that it works, and every session is delivered with the care and respect that recovery demands. From your first day of detox to your final aftercare group, you will be treated as an individual, not a condition.
A talking therapy that looks beneath the surface, uncovering the unresolved conflicts and emotional experiences that drive addictive behaviour.
