Centre Manager
Natasha has been the Centre Manager at Liberty House Clinic since 2026.
With over eight years in health and social care, she acquires a strong and varied background supporting individuals in both mental health and substance misuse settings.
Qualified in management and leadership, Natasha leads with solicitude, integrity and a genuine belief in bringing positive change to people's lives.
Throughout her career, Natasha has worked closely with individuals with unique challenges and is deeply motivated by witnessing people rediscover hope when she has seen them at their lowest. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their sense of purpose, confidence and finding self-belief.
As a leader, Natasha is committed to creating a psychologically safe, supportive, and empowering environment where both clients and staff feel valued and supported.She believes recovery is about more than overcoming addiction alone, that it is about rebuilding lives. She is dedicated to ensuring every individual is given the care, structure and person-centred support they need to create lasting improvements and build sustainable progress.

Addiction Therapist
Mickey is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery, believing in the power of listening, understanding, and empowering lasting change. She holds a First-Class Degree in Psychology, Counselling, and Therapies and integrates a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and person-centred therapy, tailored to each client’s unique needs.
With empathy, knowledge, and effective therapeutic techniques, Mickey is committed to guiding individuals toward meaningful and lasting transformation.

Karla Barbu
Support Worker
Karla started working at Liberty House in August 2021. She completed an undergraduate degree in 2016 in Criminology and found herself particularly attracted to the psychological aspect of criminal behaviour. She then started studying Psychology at a Masters level and carried out researches on personality types, intelligence and emotions.
She enjoyed exploring intellectual functions, the biological basis of behaviour and the effects of impairments on the mind. Karla is now getting trained as a hypnotherapist and is also studying Level 5 in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. She believes that counselling changes lives and finds her jobs extremely rewarding. Karla enjoys meeting new people for different walks of life in her jobs is passionate about supporting clients achieve and live a sober and beautiful life.

Support Worker
Andrada is a warm and dedicated Recovery Support Worker at Liberty House Clinic, where she supports clients on their journey toward lasting recovery and meaningful change. Since joining the team in 2021, she has been a key part of supporting individuals as they work through the treatment program, guiding them with care and helping them rebuild their lives with confidence.
With qualifications in Health and Social Care and Counselling, Andrada combines her knowledge with a genuine, compassionate approach. She believes in a client-centered approach, tailoring her support to each person’s unique needs and recovery goals, ensuring they receive the professional and compassionate care they deserve throughout their recovery journey.

Beyond her housekeeping duties, Angela genuinely enjoys getting to know the clients. Her friendly and approachable nature makes her a familiar and comforting presence in the facility.
