Qualified in management and leadership, Natasha leads with solicitude, integrity and a genuine belief in bringing positive change to people's lives. Throughout her career, Natasha has worked closely with individuals with unique challenges and is deeply motivated by witnessing people rediscover hope when she has seen them at their lowest. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their sense of purpose, confidence and finding self-belief. As a leader, Natasha is committed to creating a psychologically safe, supportive, and empowering environment where both clients and staff feel valued and supported.She believes recovery is about more than overcoming addiction alone, that it is about rebuilding lives. Annabel Turner
Lead Therapist
Annabel is an integrative counsellor with a professional background in trauma-focused practice, domestic abuse services, behaviour change work, group facilitation, teaching and service development. She began her counselling journey in 2013 and has since developed a particular interest in the relationship between trauma, addiction, power dynamics, relational patterns and meaningful change.
She also holds a HND in Business Management, completed in 2016, which supports her interest in leadership, team development, service quality and reflective practice. Over the last few years, Annabel has worked with both survivors of domestic abuse and individuals who use harmful or abusive behaviours. This experience has shaped her ability to work with complexity, risk, shame, accountability and motivation for change. Her practice is grounded in the belief that behaviour often has a function, even when it becomes harmful or self-defeating, and that sustainable recovery requires both compassion and appropriate challenge. Annabel brings curiosity, integrity and a strong belief in the possibility of change to her work. She is passionate about supporting people to access motivation, take responsibility, and build sustainable recovery through greater self-awareness, accountability and connection.

She has a strong understanding of the complex relationship between addiction, trauma, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relational difficulties. Geanina recognises that addictive behaviours are often coping responses to underlying psychological distress, and she works to address both the presenting behaviours and their root causes using a tailored, evidence-informed approach. Drawing on multiple therapeutic modalities, Geanina combines clinical expertise with evidence-based techniques to create a structured, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment. In April 2026, she progressed into the Senior Support Worker role, reflecting her experience, commitment, and ongoing dedication to supporting others.
She holds qualifications in Health and Social Care and Counselling and applies her knowledge to provide safe, structured, and supportive care. Andrada is currently further developing her skills through the Level 5 Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice, which continues to strengthen her therapeutic understanding and support of clients’ emotional wellbeing. Andrada believes that every individual’s recovery journey is unique and should be met with empathy, respect, and non-judgemental support. She is committed to creating a safe and trusting environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make positive change. Her academic knowledge, combined with her frontline experience, informs her holistic and compassionate approach to client care. Working from a pluralistic perspective, Karla tailors her approach to meet the unique needs, goals and preferences of each individual. She has a particular passion for helping clients explore emotions and develop greater emotional awareness, creating a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for growth and healing. Karla also enjoys teaching Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) skills and believes they work particularly well alongside the 12-Step recovery programme. Keith holds City & Guilds Levels 1 and 2 qualifications in Catering and has had the privilege of cooking for a number of high-profile individuals throughout his career. His extensive experience allows him to create diverse and flavorful menus while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. At Liberty House, Keith is responsible for developing seasonal summer and winter menus that provide variety, freshness, and nutritional balance. He is highly skilled in adapting meals to meet individual dietary requirements, cultural preferences, and specialist nutritional needs, ensuring every client enjoys a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable dining experience.
