Scheduled Phone Times for Clients
Clients may use their phones during the following times:
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Wednesday & Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Phone times are designed to support regular communication while still maintaining the structure and focus of treatment.
Visiting Days & Times
We welcome family and loved ones to visit during the following hours:
- Visiting Day: Sunday
- Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Visits offer an important opportunity for connection and encouragement during the client’s recovery journey.

Visitor Protocols
To ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all, please follow these guidelines:
- Clients must book visits in advance through their assigned counsellor.
- All visitors are required to provide a photo ID upon arrival.
- Visits may only proceed if approved and booked in line with clinic policy.
We kindly ask all visitors to respect the privacy and progress of all clients in treatment.
